Responsibilities

Deployments, environments, monitoring, incident response, preview/production reliability, RPC connectivity.

  • Own CI/CD for web, APIs, and contract tooling.
  • Manage hosting, environments, secrets, and rollback.
  • Monitor uptime, latency, RPC providers, and error budgets.
  • Harden access control and baseline cloud security.
  • Write runbooks and drive incident response.

Requirements

Linux and cloud fundamentals; CI/CD; production operations; incident-driven work; clear runbooks.

  • Production DevOps, SRE, or platform experience.
  • Strong Linux, networking, and cloud fundamentals.
  • CI systems (GitHub Actions or similar).
  • Incident-driven mindset with clear communication.

Web3 experience

Preferred, not required.

Engagement

Remote · Full-time / long-term. 40 hours / week. BST (UTC+1) core hours — expect meaningful overlap with the UK / BST team during the workday.

About the role

You keep ZyncCoin and the ZyncSwap preview online. From commit to deploy, you automate the path, watch RPC and app health, and make failures obvious before users feel them.

Nice to have

  • Blockchain node or RPC operations.
  • Vercel, AWS, or GCP production ownership.
  • Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi, or similar).

Compensation

$105,000–$170,000 USD / year · ZYNC grant
