Responsibilities

Roadmap, specs, trading and wallet UX, launch sequencing, and trader-facing quality.

  • Own discovery and delivery for trading, wallets, and platform growth.
  • Write specs, success metrics, and MVPs for swap, markets, and onboarding.
  • Partner with engineering on wallet UX: connect, sign, pending, failure.
  • Sequence launches and keep the site consistent with product stage.
  • Represent the trader in technical tradeoffs.

Requirements

Shipped consumer crypto or fintech products; written specs; working with engineers; comfort with money UX.

  • Product experience on consumer crypto, fintech, trading, or adjacent platforms.
  • Shipped products involving wallets, payments, markets, or high-stakes money UX.
  • Clear written specs and remote collaboration.
  • Ability to work with engineers on technical constraints.

Web3 experience

Preferred, not required if you have strong fintech/trading product experience.

Profile review → GitHub technical assessment → technical interview with a stack specialist → final review.

Engagement

Remote · Full-time / long-term. 40 hours / week. BST (UTC+1) core hours — expect meaningful overlap with the UK / BST team during the workday.

About the role

You will own product for ZyncCoin and ZyncSwap: trading, wallets, and the loops that turn visitors into users after launch. This is a pre-launch product — you will cut scope, write specs, and keep the public story honest.

Nice to have

  • DEX, CEX, neobank, or payments products.
  • Practical AI product experience.
  • Growth / onboarding background.

Compensation

$120,000–$185,000 USD / year · ZYNC grant
